GCK Low-voltage withdrawal switch cabinet

Introduction of product:   

GCK (L) series withdraw switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is used for the system that rated AC 380V below, rated frequency 50HZ, as power reception feed, reactive power compensation electric energy and motor centralized control purposes.    This product complies with: National Standard GB7251.1-2005 / IEC60439-1: 1999 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment" and JB / T9661-1999 "Low-voltage withdraws switchgear equipment." 

Using conditions:

The ambient air temperature not higher than + 40 ℃, not lower than -10 ℃, and within 24 hours the average temperature does not exceed + 35 ℃;

When the maximum temperature is + 40 ℃, the relative humidity of surrounding air should not more than 50%, when the temperature is lower, can have bigger relative humidity (such as when temperature is +20℃, the relative humidity is 90%). Should take the changes of temperature into account, may occasionally produce condensation effects.

Install indoor for using, the altitude of using place should not more than 2000m.   

Equipments should install in a place that no severe vibration and shock, and the places that not enough to corrode electrical components. If users have special requirements then talk with manufacture to solve.

Features of technique:   

Dimensions of GCK(L) all adopt standard series of sizes. Height is 2200mm, width includes 600, 800 and 1000mm, depth includes 800mm and 1000mm, cabinets neatly arranged, compact structure and small cover area.

Top of GCK(L) cabinet mounted horizontal bus bar, the bottom of the cabinet installs N line and PE line, front of the drawer is electrical room, the rear of components is laying vertical pluggable bus. The rears of each drawer are equipped with 2 nos. of the main circuit board socket coupler and 1 no. of 10A auxiliary circuit connector contacts 6-20 pairs of docking plug.

As a result of reasonable combinations, the capacity of capacitor that 600mm width is up to 160kvar and 800mm width one capacity of capacitor is up to 240kvar, take fully use of effective space.

Adopted more advanced technique, the operation of drawers units are flexibility and interchangeability.

The heights of function unit chambers are divided into three kinds of height, they are 200mm, 400mm and 600mm, the cumulative effective mounting unit height is 1800mm, and can machine 1/2 function units according to requirements, unit cabinet can mount 18 numbers of 1/2 units of drawers or 1 unit of drawer.

Every function unit has improved and reliable operation institute, obvious closing switch and location signs of drawers, accurate limit and limit measures to prevent misuse, safety and reliable operation.

Technical performance:

In PC program, domestic switches can choose such types like ME、AH、RMW1、CW1、HSW1 and so on to meet 4000A below and the functions of power reception, bus couple, power feed and others. Import switches can choose F, E series of ABB company, M, MT, MW, MD series of Schneider, 3WN, 3WT series of Siemens and HIAN series of south Korea modern, easy to operate, safety and reliable.

In MCC project, in order to meet the current that 630A below and the functions of feeding lighting, motor control and power compensation, circuit breaker can choose domestic CM1, HSW1, RMM1 and SW30, import NS and NSD series of Schneider, 3VF series of Siemens, S series of ABB, HIB series of south Korea modern as the protecting switches, easy to operate, safety and reliable.  

Power reception switches have the features of instantaneous, short time delay, over load and grounding protection, clients can choose the protection form according to the needs of system. When adopts single bus bar section, bus couple switch has the switch control ways to let clients choose.  

Motor control circuit has the features of short circuit transient, overload, under voltage, loss of pressure and phase-failure protection, AC contactor can adopt no noise running, can save energy, clients can choose according to the needs of project.   

Safety protection:  

In order to increase the safety of operation and maintenance, switch cabinet can divide into different compartments according to different programs. These compartments are horizontal bus bar area, vertical bus bar area, functional unit area and cable area. Every area is divided by mental sheet or insulating sheet, informs a closed structure. When any one of units has failure, wont affect normal running of other units, can prevent accident from expending.   

Every functional unit (drawer) has advance mechanism, interlocking mechanism, limit measure and others to prevent misuse, when drawer is in connecting position and main circuit switch power is turned on, then door can’t be opened and drawer also can’t be opened. In contrast, if switch is not in status of breaking, drawers can be inserted. To make sure safety, repair man can use hang lock to lock the break position, and can add 4 hang locks at same time, safety to operate and reliable.

Using environments:

1. Surrounding air temperature should not more than +40℃, not less than -5℃, and the average temperature in 24h should not more than +35℃.

2. Install indoor for using, the altitude of using place should not more than 2000m.

3. When the maximum temperature is + 40 ℃, the relative humidity of surrounding air should not more than 50%, when the temperature is lower, can have bigger relative humidity (such as when temperature is +20℃, the relative humidity is 90%). Should take the changes of temperature into account, may occasionally produce condensation effects.

4. When install the equipments, vertical the inclination should not more than 5 degrees.

5. Equipments should install in a place that no severe vibration and shock, and the places that not enough to corrode electrical components.
